How are your products made?
Products are handmade in my studio with high quality materials. Jewelry uses stainless steel and will not tarnish.
What is your shipping policy and timeline?
Items are custom made to order within 7 - 14 days of purchase. Once completed, items will take 7 - 10 days for shipping and arrival.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final unless product is damaged upon shipping or cannot be worn or function as needed. Items will be replaced or returned for store credit. Please email me at seventyninestudios@gmail.com to discuss our options.
